I use Adobe animate to animate them, & the characters are usually gifs, but when the have fla files, then I use those.

Well, knuckles is canonically taller than sonic and tails, but due to stilization he appears the same size, sonic boom would be, surprisingly, a more true interpretation of the character's size, now you shrink them to classic size, and boom you get this knuckles

Originally tail's shoes were suppose to be blue but due to limitations in the color pallet at the time they had to switch his shoes to red. You can see his blue shoes in old concept art :)

My version: Vengeance.M.M and Mangled K.A.T.E disguised themselves as Tails and knuckles to kill Sonic for some reason but found out it was EXE so they are battling him and in my version, after the song they kill him.
The reason was because they wanted to do something new so they tried to kill sonic.EXE(They are EXEs who kill bad EXEs and they can actually use convincing disguises and acting, Vengeance Tails wears glasses and his fur is a bit darker and Mangled knuckles has dark skin because he is drawn black in human fanart)
