Police say he was found wearing only a single black sock and that there were two gunshot wounds to his head. Several months later, a suspect still has not been named. This should be handed over to the State Police, because it's obvious that the Detroit Police Dept have no interest in solving this shocking murder. I hope one day that the friends and family of Dr.Hoover will see justice in this matter.

The past couple of years with social media posts about murders, investigations, and trials, corruption is coming to light. With LE overstretched maybe that is all it is. Forensic technology takes time as they go through cell phone records . I live an hour north of there and I will be watching closely to see what unfolds.

that dr. was very handsome and hot. On top of all a good human being. It is a shame and a great lost for humanity with so many horrible people around that don't deserve to live that are pure evil, having this valuable person die in such a horrible way it is very sad.

The Detroit Police Department is fully aware of the suspect, because this murder was personal and they probably trying to “cross their t’s and dot their i’s”! This case is not a hurry up and blame someone…no way! Just give them the opportunity to do their job properly😊🦋
From one moment, I don’t believe that the doctor had a relationship with the suspect at all. I believe this evil person was watching him and following him and just probably knocked on the door and he was such a pleasant fellow and he answered it to the wrong person.

I’ve said this ever since her first interview with the local news. Something seems odd about her and I could be wrong, but, she claims to be his best friend. What an age gap for a best friend.

Detroit sounds like the worst place to be to have this fetish. This neurosurgeon isn't built like Dwight Howard so he probably chose the wrong Dr. Frank n further from the darker side of town.
There used to be a Facebook page in support of trying to find his murderer. There was a guy who posted repeatedly that he knew "Devon" and NOT "Dr. Hoover". He wrote that he liked to cruise for anonymous sex with black guys with him a bunch of times. And there's wayyyyyyy too many horrible, dangerous and too-often fatal neighborhoods in Detroit to cruise in. I despise saying this but I've had many gay friends and that kind of behavior is still way too common. I believe that he was killed by an obviously psychotic, anonymous hookup SCUM who he thought he was gonna' have sex with.
