Thanks for replying immediately. I too have a similar light with me. In the PCB, there is another resistor which is also burnt and the value is not known. This has been marked as R2 in the PCB. I assume that you have mentioned the value of the resistor as 1 k ohm which has been placed just above the 1 mfd 50 volts capacitor. In the board, I want to know the value of the resistor which has been marked as R2. Please give me the value of this resistor. Thanks.

Repairing this circuit is a waste of time because changing one component burns out another I have tried. Buy a new circuit and it may be wasted in a few days but the mobile charging circuit does not have this problem so I tried and it still works

அருமையான செய்முறை விளக்கம். தெளிவாக புரியும்படி சொல்கின்றீர். நன்றி. ஆனாலும் soldering வைப்பதை மட்டும் தெளிவாக காட்டினால் நன்றாக இருக்கும். +, - முனைகள், பேட்டரி parallel மற்றும் series connection, resistor value எவ்வளவு, diode value என்ன, resistor , diode எல்லாம் எதற்காக என்பதையும் தெளிவாக குறிப்பிடலாமே. ஏனென்றால் வேலை தெரிந்தவர்களுக்கு புரியும். ஆனால் அவர்கள் இந்த வீடீயோவை பார்க்க அவசியமில்லை. புதியவர்கள் பார்க்கும்போது தெளிவாக இருந்தால் புரியும் அல்லவா.

அதிகமான ஆம்ப் கொடுத்தால் ஐஸி எரிந்து போக வாய்ப்புள்ளது அதனால் முதலில் உங்கள் பழய பேட்டரியின் ஆம்ப் தெரிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள். பின் அந்த புளூடூத் போர்டின் மடல் நம்பரை நெட்டில் தேடுங்கள் அதிகபட்சமாக எத்தனை ஆம்ப் கொடுக்கலாம் என்று தெரிந்த பின் அதே ஆம்ப் பேட்டரி மாற்றலாம்.

அப்படியென்றால் ஒரே பேட்டரியில் நீண்டநேரம் பாடல் கேட்க என்னதான் வழி. நான் ஒளிப்பட கலைஞன் (Videographer) புகைப்படக்கலைஞன் (Photographer) விவசாயி. வயலில் வேலைசெய்யும் பொழுதுபோக்கிற்காக வாங்கிய ஸ்பீக்கர். குறைவான நேரம் மட்டுமே பாடுகிறது.
அல்லது எதாவது நல்ல ப்ளூடூத் போர்டு மற்றும் அதற்குரிய பாட்டரியை குறிப்பிடுங்கள் அதனை நான் வாங்கி வீட்டிலேயே செய்துகொள்கிறேன். எனக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் 5 மணிநேரமாவது பேட்டரி நீடிக்க வேண்டும். தயவுசெய்து உதவி செய்யுங்கள். நன்றி.

I came across this video while looking for a solution for my emergency lamp for lead acid battery replacement, the battery to be replaced does not have any info but thr were 3 small lead acid battery connected in parallel. I checked the input DC voltage to the battery which shows 6.8v. the outer panel has this info "AC 90-240v 0.15a 1.2w. Total power 2.94w " I think this total power is the wattage of 42led together. Based on my calculations, I am thinking 3qty in parallel 4v 1Ah or 1qty 4v 2400mAh lead acid. Or go for Li ion cells of 3.7v 2400mAh. Am I missing something ? Like using single battery reduces the time it's on in discharge mode or long life ??
If you want to use a lion battery, be sure to replace the charging circuit provided with your emergency light otherwise the entire emergency light is likely to be damaged.
