Thoughts from Psalm 142

Yesterday, we read Psalm 141, which taught us about being a Christian friend. In today's psalm, Psalm 142, King David recounts a time in his life that he needed a friend. We pray today that God give us the opportunity to be a friend to someone who needs one.

Brother, I love the word. When you are reading the word of God, you should take off your hat, why read 1 cor 11 which teaches about headgear. When a woman in the presence of God, honor God but when a man cover his head in the presence of God dishonor God. If you understand this and if you are not proud, you will honor the word honor God.
