Sandi Brock of "Sheepishly Me", said the meconium coating on a newly born lamb is poop. A backwards lamb inhales the meconium and that's a bad thing.

Great job Cassie and as you would know Olive aka the Olive Branch 🕊️ is a Symbol of Peace. The dove and olive branch became a symbol of hope. So maybe you could call her Hope dear lady cause if you hadn’t been there she wouldn’t have had a hope with all that congestive birth stuff around her nose and mouth. It was surely going to suffocate that little lamb. So my suggestion is Hope. 😊I sure hope (there you go) the kids feel much better soon Gary and Cassie and Little Bear is blessed. Wow Cassie good job you wer ther you cld see the lamb kicking furiously probably panicking so you just pulling it out saved it’s life and I think Zena new it was panicking cos he kept looking at you as if to say mom pull it out then starts helping to clean it up that’s beautiful … they are amazing dogs LGD’s….another beautiful baby lamb…Olive is a good momma… you had a lot of roosters to get rid of….prayers for little bear and his family… we all need prayers at times… 🙏

Breech deliveries can be scary and dangerous. I have had puppies come out breech. I have to use a nose syringe to clean them out. Cassie you did good. Congratulations on the new baby lamb. So exciting.

After being at a birthday party for a two year old yesterday, All the fun "Little Bear," is having and all the love of your family, I wouldn't be surprise for you to be calling him "Running Bear." It has en a while since I was around that many little ones and it was amazing how much energy they have, it was fun.
