People who really believe do not need to defend their beliefs on social media or anywhere else. This leads me to believe a lot of you are commenting just for validation because somewhere in your belief system there is doubt. This is embarrassing to watch. I have appreciated what KRS-One has done for hip-hop and music culture but a biblical scholar he is not. The original languages of the Bible were written in Hebrew (Old Testament) and Greek (New Testament) with a very little bit written in Aramaic. This is scholarly consensus across the board. He makes his statements with passion and even backs up his utterances by saying he went to the library... but Kris, you're off.

This man does not know what he's talking about I'm afraid. If he's so into reading and 'Knowledge Reigning Supreme', he really should practice what he preaches and do proper research. The Bible is the Word of God. All versions, translated, are fallible versions of the infallible word of God - but they are good enough to teach and admonish - try the ESV, NASB etc. As for the Greek - that's the New Testament, Aramaic and Hebrew are Old Testament - not translated form Aramaic to Greek! End of story - get with the program now KRS or when Jesus returns and it's too late, your choice (said in a friendly yet stern way - out of love!)
