Everything is so cute, I couldn't pick a favorite. A twist/tip to help with distressing using the transfer tape method - paint your base color, then use a candle - just a normal candle like from DT or one you were just planning to throw away, etc. Rub the wax specifically in the spots that you want the distressing to show up. Then paint your second color (over the wax). When it's dry and you use the transfer tape to distress, it will easily pull up the paint in those places that you purposely rubbed the wax. Of course there may be a little extra distressing where you didn't wax, but you don't need to press down the transfer tape as firmly as you would without using wax, so it should mostly pull up the paint where you chose it to be distressed. 😁

You could rub the birdhouse with a candle and then do the tape, it works really well. Love everything, no way to pick a favorite.

They are all very nice. I made the little garden gnomes to look like concrete last summer and I also transformed some into santa gnomes this last Christmas. My favorite was the little carrots in the wood 3 candle holder. Love your creativity.

I love the bead wreath. Very clever. I don’t like working with ping pong balls. If it ever blew off the hook and hit the ground it would dented and scratched. So this one is much better. Also the bird cage is beautiful! I enjoyed all of you crafts. Thank you!
I'm a recent subscriber and I like your style of crafting! Especially using the nail files. I do nail art for myself and have for many years. I am just getting back into crafting after a long hiatus and it tickles me whenever I use my nail art supplies in a craft. You have given me great ideas so let me give one back to you. When you use your miter saw, put a silicone mat (like a baking mat) underneath the box. Your miter box shouldn't budge at all and it will work better for you! Thanks - Rose
😂 admittedly when I watched this I was on the phone. When you did the ladder decor with the bunnies. I looked up and saw the one you had the word "back" on and initially I thought 🤔 you were labeling the back of a piece so you knew where the back was. I thought; Honey you need some sleep. I Love the Tobacco Basket! For some reason when I look at it I feel like it needs Leather straps on the sides but I don’t think Tobacco Baskets have Leather Straps. Don’t the carry Tobacco Baskets on their hips and under their arms?

when stenciling if you start with your base color then whatever color you choose if the paint does seep it seeps on to the previous coat so when you remove the tape wala crisp perfect lines so satisfying

You can paint a layer of Mod Podge On the stencil, let it dry, then paint the letters and it won’t bleed at all.

I had someone recommend a silicone baking sheet liner to use with the miter box. I have started to use a dollar tree door mat and that works great too.
