We r proud of u as energy soldier of esteemed organization ONGC INDIA who provides us opportunity to operate, control such special treatment means well stimulation unit,
Used to have a company in canada called nowsko. They called their coiled tubing "Endless Tubing". We all called it endless troubles. Didnt matter who it was- nowsko, haliburton, fracmaster, etc. the stuff was always collapsing and causing much anxiety when it was run in a H2S well and you had to pull this junk out while running nitrogen.
They keep track of the depth of each bend/cycle . So say if a frac plug is at 9273ft and you tag it and pull off several times before you drill thru it . Well just like a paper clip that part is wore out a certain percentage that an engineer collects the data and in certs it in a computer and then decides for the crew to cut off 20-200 ft to move that spot just in case the next well is the same depth of course at the end of the job . Called cycling the pipe . I am lucky to seen this first hand on sloppy engineers calculations and had one break with 6k surface pressure. so drilling over balance was like the roar of god coming thru 1.5 inch tubing about 7-8k psi with 20k ft of pipe . On a BP location . ....hopefully this helps

Dri!!ING with casing.. what could go wrong????
Looks like the Swanson river gas filled in Alaska
what is the role of flow tee
?
To protect the wellhead assembly
“Dedicated workers”….. that no longer exists!!!
You see the type of safety they’re using piping at the fittings. Yeah…. That’s a OLD VIDEO 👍🏻🤣💥⚰️
How many times can the tubing be coiled and uncoiled before it needs to be replaced because of stress and deformation failures?

@@jtsuave6125 Yes it does help. BTW, I am an engineer and I knew there had to be a lifespan because of the bending and other stresses on the tubing.
