Yeah the reason they go to the spring site, as opposed to turning on a faucet, is that there is very very little running water in North Korea. In order to drink, bathe, etc, you need to go to the spring site. Kind of sad, I guess, mostly because their progress has been hindered by the kims. But they are a beautiful and strong people.
