- I was extremely impressed by the first song I reacted to by Sokoninaru so it is about time I tried another one. Here is my reaction to "Gou Ni Moyu".
Enjoy!

The little happiness buried between days
I'm eroding my body at any moment
A hundred libidos that won't stop no matter what you do
Kill me
Of the dream you should be looking for
From the gap
Even if you miss the present
I got a glimpse
In the mundane emptiness
Satisfaction
充足が
In places that are out of understanding
scared
I was filling this stomach with a corpse
I was drowning in eternal love
My solution to get lost in the whirlpool is
Can't get
得られない
But not forgiven
It ’s the limit whether you live or die.
The little happiness buried between days
I'm eroding my body at any moment
One thirst that can't be filled no matter what
I'm sure you can't get moisture
Nevertheless
それでも
I can't escape to swear
Looking for the end of the universe
Throat
Even if it ends before you reach it
Like tearing
Time to choose the means, etc.
Impermanent days
Throw everything away
Release the truth
The little happiness buried between days
I'm eroding my body at any moment
One thirst that can't be filled no matter what
I'm sure you can't get moisture
Nevertheless
それでも
I can't escape to swear
In the work (karma) that cannot be obtained
Even if I forget me, I believe in something and walk
I can't get it I can't get the joy I can't get
Me
僕を
I'm keeping it alive
That bass player is a beast.
At first I loved them for their complexity, but the more I listen to them, it's actually their melodies that make me stick around. They just come up with one beautiful melody after another. If you want to check out another side of them, watch their ballad, White For: ua-cam.com/video/IftMhG5ck6Q/v-deo.html an absolute masterpiece.
Thanks for the recommendation 🤘
One of my favourite songs 🖤
This is my favourite of all the ones you're on rotation with. Again Unexpect vibes, just as you get settled, it jumps to something else. Cracking song.
Really looking forward to hearing more from these guys. Incredible players and really unique. Cheers for checking out the video bro 🤘
Such an incredible 3 piece! Glad you decided to do more from them. They are so unique!
I'm glad you're back to Sokoninaru, they really are addictive, but as you say, it takes several listens to appreciate what they have to offer.
And as you've been told, their melodies may initially go unnoticed, but somehow they complement the hardness and complexity of their songs, possibly that's their secret ;)
Greetings from Spain ;)

Really enjoying this band and I'm looking forward to hearing more of their songs
Never heard of them. Loved every second of this. I thought Babymetal were brilliant at mixing genres while keeping it melodic but this band are on another level. Zappa level! Or Polyphilia at least. Thanks for opening my eyes to these!
Yeah, these guys are amazing. Looking forward to hearing more of their songs soon
i've heard that Juko went to a Buddhist university (the equivalent of a Jesuit school like Holy Cross), and that philosophy comes out a lot in their lyrics. Tenohira de Odoru is about Free Will, Gou ni Moyu is about dissatisfaction, Complicated System is about subjectivity, etc. ironically, while their lyrics can be bleak, they all seem like really sweet and down-to-earth people in real life.
Complicated System is my personal favorite, but whichever you do next, you can't go wrong. they're all amazing.
Glad you like them, because more often people can't stand about alot of change they give. I recommend you for next song "Sokoninaru - Kyokugen ha Setsuna" This song have 300bpm, really fast but a lot happen there
Thanks for the recommendation. I will check that out soon
I like your reaction because it's real, not fake to earn views!
Thanks Kamine
I think their lyrics are influenced by their Buddhist worldview. At least the guitarist, and possibly the bassist, graduated from a Buddhist university. So, I think much of their music seeks to express a Buddhist belief about the transitory nature of existence, and the trap that human desires can become for those who get too attached to that which will ultimately fade away. If you want to hear a more personal song, check out "Complicated System." It's about the relationship the guitarist and bassist have with one another, and it's one of their best songs as well.
That makes a lot of sense. Thanks for the info
I have been waiting for this!
最高!
Hello @freetobewhoibe, I recognized influences from Brazilian music, such as bossa-nova (which the Japanese like a lot) and pop music, mixed with progressive rock. I liked it a lot too.
Sadly such an underrated band, I love them but appreciate they won't be for everyone and will never be mainstream.
I read somewhere they couldn't really afford a full time drummer, hence the support - not sure if that is true though. I also read Suzuki studied Buddhis]m at Uni, hence the deep and esoteric allegories. Again, I don't know if this is true, but makes sense to me.
Try Lament Moment next - another banger
The Buddhist stuff makes a lot of sense and a few other people have mentioned that now so there must be something in that. Thanks for the recommendation. I will check that out soon
Misaki went to the same Buddhist college.
That’s where they met.
Love this band. Have yet to hear a song I dislike and the more I listen, the more I appreciate. Great suggestions so far in the comments. I'd second the recommendation for the song "white for" and add "Brilliant City". Thanks much!
Thanks Jeremy. I will check out some more songs of theirs very soon
mantap
Please react this band
Gacharic Spin - Mindset
The band is great
I would like to reccomend two songs that is "out of the norm" for the them. 'Metalin' which is more metal influenced song or 'white for' which more towards j-pop radio friendly song. Both songs feature more voice from the bassist Misaki on lead vocals.
Thanks for the recommendations. I will check out some more songs of theirs very soon
