Ruthless TV - YouTube wouldn’t have made you remove it if my copyright claim wasn’t valid.

  • It’s a shame when black “creatives” steal intellectual property from other actual black creatives… just broadcasting shows that someone else created and talking over it… Clearly they’re not creative enough to create their own creation, they have to talk over someone else’s…
I am part of a team that gets to hire hundreds of black folks every season, so why would you steal from me Ruthless TV. Then try to paint me as the bad guy for holding you accountable for stealing from me… Shame on you.
There is a huge difference between “reviewing the show” which Is appreciated, and broadcasting pieces of an episode that you didn’t create and that you don’t own... That’s theft.
The fair use act allows people to take 🗣APPROVED, released trailers and imagery from shows and movies and give a review or add commentary… NOT Actual moments from Episodes. Nor are people allowed to verbally say what happens In the episode.
If I take and broadcast episodes of the new Wu-Tang series, or the new season of Ozark when it comes out. Moments and scenes that are not approved and that I do not own, that is a copyright violation and I am subject to a $250,000 fine and jail time. Like my manager likes to say, no one black wants to sue someone black, but if it happens again, I will. Don’t believe me, try me.
The same is applicable with the show that I worked on for 11 years. I worked on ladies night/all the queens men” Show for more than 4000 hours, writing and rewriting, researching and interviewing people, pitching it to studios and networks… Regrouping after I got no after no.
I love us✊🏾🤎I Will always Make It a Priority to hire US... but I will also stand up for myself when someone does me wrong.
