How are you finding the wear time and shine on these? I’m waiting for my maxi set in the mail but am reading so many reviews that shine fades and/or they chip 2 days later 😭 I got this so I can quickly do self-care once my second baby arrives. Usually I use regular polish but I won’t have time for that 😆

When I wear these gel polishes, I usually wear them for about 14 days before I start to see any chips, but most of the time I end up taking them off because I want to switch up the colour. I'm sure there's probably some variation of wear time depending on the person, but some tips that I have to make it last as long as possible are:
      - very very gently buff the surface of your nail to slightly roughen up the surface and make it easier for the gel to "grab" onto your nail
      - wipe off any debris or oils from your nail with some acetone or rubbing alcohol because that will also cause the gel to not stick as well to your nail
      - push back your cuticles with the cuticle stick included in the kit, because any gel that gets cured on top of the cuticle will more easily lift up
      - before curing the gel in the lamp, use the cuticle stick to remove any excess that may have gotten on the skin. similar to why you don't want to apply the gel on your cuticle, if it cures on your skin, it's more likely to lift
      - cap the free edge, I found that it's less likely to chip at the tips when I cap my free edge and make sure it's cured
      - if you notice the shine start to fade, you can apply a layer of the gel shine top coat and cap the free edge, it's pretty thin and will also help prevent chips
      Hope that helps! 😊

@@caramellogram Thank you so much for taking the time to share these tips with me! I’m looking forward to trying them out. ☺️ I really like everything about these polishes and hope they work out for me. I’ll be pleased even if I get a solid 7-10 days of nice wear. I also like that they are easier to remove than many other gel polish brands. Thanks again and I look forward to your other videos 💅 😀

How do you manage to get 14 days out of those?! I get about 2 -3 days out of le mini macaron.

Some tips that I do to help prolong my mani are:
      - push back my cuticles to prevent the gel from touching any skin or cuticle
      - remove any gel that may have gotten on to my skin to prevent early lifting
      - capping the free edge with gel
      - making sure my nails are clean and as oil free as I can by using acetone before the gel
      - roughing up the surface gently with a nail file to give the gel something to stick to
      Hope these help!
