Lauren Mae loves shimmers, taupe, chartreuse, bright pinks, and a pop of color. Her palette really reflects her aesthetic on her channel. That’s why I picked up her palette because I can dupe most of her looks with sea talk alone. Amanda’s palette , from the few videos I watched, also really reflects her she loves greens and purples. Her reveal video was really good. At first I wasn’t even tempted by her palette, but she did a great job showing how versatile it was for both beginners and experts. But too me, it was also the most dupable in the future, especially if you collect greens and purples. I don’t really love collecting palettes with the same color story too near each other and didn’t want to max out on greens and purples this year. Battybean was the most surprising color story. I love her channel but to me it was different than I expected. I liked the color story, but immediately knew it would be a companion palette. Great for 2 shadow look, but if you like intricate looks your always going to get a sunset vibe.
Oooh that deep purple matte from Flora story is gorgeous. I’ll have to use that one one next. All your looks were beautiful but I like the Planet Spirit look the best. 💖🧡
I ordered the new palettes from Oden’s Eye, I figured since I was there and these 3 palettes were still available as a discount bundle I decided to get them as well. They should all be here today and I’m so excited to film and play with them.

I bought hers as well and I really love it, especially since I have green eyes. It really makes them stand out whether I do a purple look, a green look, or combination!
I think that my favorite palette is also de Forest palette, cause I'm more drawn to those colours, that why I picked the Hella one. Again I already have so many palettes xDDD
Yes, I had problems with the shimmer shades, too. I think there are press glitters. I had to use a very, very strong primer and overcoat my primer onto my eyes. And then stick the shade on. The 1st time I tried, it was a nightmare glitter gotten. Into my eyes. I had to clean my desk and clean my brushes very well, and I still see glitter on my desk.😂 It's safe to say I will not buy from them again.
I ordered the Flora palette, it's with Royal mail so i should have it Monday or Tuesday, I'm excited 😊 🤗, i will say Oden's eye doesn't have my favourite shimmers, they are good but not as good as other indie brands i have tried
I'm probably the only person but I hate Odens Eye packaging. The only ones I liked were the ones from the Christmas collection. It's also part of the reason I don't buy anything from them. I hear from many that the customer service is so bad that I don't dare to order anything because it can always happen that something breaks.
Excellent use of some very unique palettes. Lauren Mae loves her shimmers, which can be annoying but I enjoyed seeing you use the palettes as is. I don't own any Oden's Eye so I would be interested in seeing a look combining 2 or all palettes. xox
