That part where Solar got upset cause Byul hit her is kinda hard to explain. See, Byul and Solar are really close, but Solar is still _older_ than Byul. It was a public event, and Byul hit her and told her to be quiet. Even without all the culture aspects, it did seem just a bit rude, but Byul was big enough to apologise then and there and I have mad respect for that. Gotta keep in mind though that when those 2 argue (which used to be kinda often, but not anymore), it never turns into anything too big cause they talk it out.

Despite being a kpop fan for 7 years aprox (although there were like 2 years that I stopped paying attention to any kpop related thing) I've never realized those things and with more reason when it comes to Solar, so I wasn't aware how sweet and concerned about the others she is, aside of ensuring their behavior and mantaining a good image. My heart is totally melted now jajaj
They were 22,21,19 (int’l) in 2014 when they debuted. When Solar said she started as a trainee at 22 she meant Korean age, so that’s around 2012. Approx. 2 years as trainees
they were all trainees for two years together as a group. you were right about their ages. fun fact moon and wheein were suppose to debut in a different group together.

Yeah. RBW has been a great agency for them. Even though they’ve had conflicts in the past they’ve always supported Mamamoo and let them be themselves unlike some others holding a strict guidelines on how their idols act and use them as puppets.
This is quite random, but if you wonder why Solar always looks good in any crazy hair colour - it's because her body type, Gamine. Look for Kibbe's body system. So it's not really about the skin colour.

You used Korean age (22) for starting as a trainee and International age (23) for debuting. Solar was a trainee for about 2 years by that calculation.
next year mamamoo contract will be expired..hope they will be extend/renew that contract :(
