RTKlib Touchscreen GUI

RTKbase is a GUI for RTKLIB on linux made for a raspberry pi 2 and a 5 inch HDMI touchscreen, it can be used on the field as rover to get and save précise position, and base station mode ton send RTCM message to rover for RTK positionning.
