One of the reasons I've liked him more than most. He always made time for the people's. Even if was scheduled or a fist bump along the way. No matter his outcome the kids and peeps were always smiling

I’ve met him a couple times… he grew up about 30 minutes from where I grew up… I met him when he was like 12/13 years old at a local driving range… he was already bombing the driver… years later he was on the pga tour.. been rooting for him since day 1.. I got a buddy who’s really good friends with him… just an all around great guy!

Rickie is one, and maybe the No.1, of the soundest and most grounded pro golfers in the world. I tweeted he was back and despite the disappointment of not closing out the US Open he would win real soon. And he did. Couldn't be happier for such a great ambassador for the PGA. He amply deserves more recognition by the PGA for his integrity, committment and overall sportsmanship and fanmanship. Be should be named and rewarded as the first official PGA Golf Ambassador.

His video with the pretend pro Rick potbelly Sheils was awesome. The opening scene where he is warming up and tops his iron while Rick is doing a serious opening monolog is hysterical. Good Good did a video with him as well and he was funny and down to earth on that also.

No offence but neither Rickie or Xander broke a world record with their respective 62s, they EQUELED the record of 62. Branden Grace from South Africa broke the previous world record and set the new world record of 62 at The Open in 2017! Branden, Rickie and Xander all share the world record of 62, in order to break the world record and set a new world record the golfer would have to shoot 61 OR LESS! The lowest ever score at The US Open over 72 holes is 268, which is still held by Rory McIlroy from Northern Ireland set in 2011 🔥⛳️
