Neighbor gave me a smallish, 25×50×50cm bench top shop air filter he didn't use, numerous companies make them. I make surfboard fins, boat repair , work on vehicles, sanding cedar, walnut, mahogany, epoxy/fiberglass , plastics and rubber. I was hesitant to buy one but I would highly recommend if a portable / bench top might work for you. I hunted out my metric to measure that for yall, love from America!!

Looking at the air figures in CA fire areas and all over CA more people will die from air contamination due to the fires than will die in the fires.
Add to that, due to all the plastics and other materials that give off toxic and carcinogenic smoke when burnt eg PCB boards and other electric materials and also cars in a few years we could see a marked spike in cancer cases as well.
