How exciting to be moving into a home you're going to love. As far as the ridding your stuff, we downsized 5 years ago and it was such a wonderful feeling to have it gone. we gave it all away which was mentally hard at first to realize the money that had been spent on it, but in the end, the relief was incredible.
I am very excited! And I'm looking forward to getting rid of STUFF. Thanks for watching!😊

What an exciting move. I had to clean up my small sewing space this year, it was overflowing and too messy for me to use in the end. It felt really good to go through everything methodically and work out what I wanted to keep, and what I wanted to destash. I'd kept a lot of things in case they'd be useful, and they never were. If you are still looking for a joggers pattern, I like sewing the 5oo4 Diane joggers, but they have patch pockets. I keep meaning to hack them with a slant pocket or inseam pockets.
Thank you! I am looking forward to cleaning out my sewing room and getting rid of "just in case they'd be useful" stuff! I'll have to check out that joggers pattern, once we get in the new house.

You could use a different stripe for the sleeves, or visa versa, of the blue and white stripe. I think that would be cool. Tomkat Stitchery in one of her latest videos showed an inspiration picture of a navy blue and white striped t shirt in 3 varying widths of stripes by made well. It was really cute.

I dont DRY clean mine. It does change the look of it a little, but I don't mind. I have never been sorry. If you decide to, just do it first before starting your project.
I've always been afraid to wash something that says dry clean only. Afraid I might ruin it. But I think this might be ok.😊

Perhaps the sweatshirt has some rayon in it? I tend to not buy any knit fabrics or clothing that have rayon in it as they all pill. Rayon challis doesn't pill, just knits that have any rayon. Hope this helps.
Yes, I'm sure the hoodie has rayon in it or polyester. Even so, it's going away. Thanks for the suggestion! I really appreciate it.☺

Is your stripe fabric the same as Robert Kaufman Harbor Stripe jersey? It looks very similar - found some on "inspired to sew" website.
