You have NO idea how happy this video makes me! It's such a relief to see other people (it's rare) using magazines as journaling decor too! Right now I've got a box full of magazines to flip through. I always head to magazines first before I use stickers, washi, etc.

I love all your content, but this one for me is one of your best videos! Sometimes if you just "kiss" when you are approaching a subject you can get amazing results. For those who don't know, "kiss" stands for "keep it simple stupid" but I don't like the word stupid, so I changed that last word. However, the message remains the same - keep it simple Sista or Sir. All of my earlier journals were done only with magazines. I then went on to old books. Such as floral books,childrens books ets.

p.s. how do you successfully journal with fp ink on top of watercolor? My writing always bleeds!
I just make sure that it’s 100% dried. Sometimes I'll use my heat gun to speed up the process.
