Just got mine and the bass module. I understand that price has been an issue for some folks . Sooooooo if you don't want, don't get, bottom line. Everyone has the right to their own opinion, to each his own. I love mine actually, have a great day, PEACE!!!!

Got a question. I am looking for stand. got the surround 700 but do i need omni jewel stand for that surround?
The stands from what I’ve seen are really expensive and cost almost as much as the extra speakers for surround. My advice is if you’re already purchased the speakers, you can get an omni jewel wall mount instead and the setup would look cleaner and it’s half the cost of the omni stand
you are buying the bose technology. that is why they are expensive than most. Plus, they last longer than most. so, there.

I 100% agree. There are better bang for buck options like the Sonos or the Sony sound bars
