While our Prophet salla Allahu 'alayhi was sallam was still alive Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'Aas, had a written ahadith collection called as-Sadiqah or as-sahifa as-Sadiqah, it is widely known because his grand son 'Amr ibn Sho'aib used to narrate and read from it. Anas ibn Malik had similar collection. There was slso the Sahifah of Samrah ibn Jundub, Sahifah Sa'ad bin Ubaadah Al-Ansaari, Sahifah Jaabir ibn Abdillah. Also our Prophet has sent a dictated paper with some rulings with Amr ibn Hazm to Yemen as well as there were written letters the Prophet dictated to rulers of surrounding areas. This is the earliest recording of hadith literature & it occurred during the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad salla Allahu alayhi was sallam

You are wrong you mention Quran says this
Quran was written in the form of book after the demise of the prophet.

Hadith "can be" 100% authentic by scholars! But it's not unfortunately. Only Quran is 100% authentic because Allah said it is. There's a big difference when you say authentic by who?

Listen, there is no one more truthful than Allah in speech, so the Quran is without a doubt authentic
But who is the one that got what Allah said and then spread it? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
He (the Prophet) is called the truthful, he never lies especially when it comes to revelation.
Ok, why do you reject hadith?
Is it because the most shariah/islamic law is in hadith? Or is it because you dont know what hadith is and how it works?

I don't reject hadiths, I don't use hadiths as religious guidance because they are not authentic and they are not authorised by Allah to be used as religious guidance. Do you pick and choose what to follow from the Quran? Why do you pick and choose what to follow from hadiths or what is authentic and what is not from hadiths? I know what hadiths are very well, and i know that the messenger never approved the writing of his actions, only Quran was written down and transmitted. Why hasn't anyone found original pages of hadiths? They found original pages from the Quran.
If Allah said in the Quran to follow secondary guidance outside the Quran then i would obey Allah buy he didn't. Everything comes from the Quran the one and only authentic message that came from Allah and delivered by the messenger prophet Muhammad.
Prophet Muhammad the messenger told you people to follow his message and only to follow his message, this evidence is from the Quran so it's authentic and can't be disputed. We all know that the messenger won't be alive for ever that's why he said to follow his message from Allah, how else can you follow the messenger after he dies? His job was to deliver the message and that's what he has done, now it's your job as a Muslim to follow that message and nothing else, that's what the Quran says.

Listen, you dont know what youre saying (no offence)
      Allah said:
      وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَىٰ
      _"
Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination."_ Quran chapter 53 verse 3
Is it possible that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him never spoke except when he got revelation??
Of course, he spoke, talked to the people and told them things to do and not to do
And sunnah is whatever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, did and what he approved of doing.
But some people claim the Prophet said this and this when he didnt, so that is why there is something called the sciences of hadith, so that the scholars will investigate what the Prophet really said and what is falsely attributed to him.
If you knew the sciences of hadith, you wouldnt reject hadith. Scholars were very careful not to say a hadith is authentic without proof, they made sure they never attributed to the Prophet that which he didnt say
Wait, you said "i know that the messenger never approved the writing of his actions" where did you get this from?
The companions said "the Prophet said this and this" and at the same time they compiled the Quran
you accept some of their actions and reject the other, what is this
You said: "now it's your job as a Muslim to follow that message and nothing else, that's what the Quran says."
where does the Quran "says" that
      give me the verses
