... as you are doing the multiplication on the criteria you don't need the double negative -- =sumproduct((A6:A17=10)*(D6:D17="x")*C6:C17) = 75 without criteria multiplication and double negative to convert the criteria: =sumproduct(--(A6:A17=10),--(D6:D17="x"),C6:C17) = 75
