This a lovely portrait of Commander in Chief Arthur Whitebear . Commander of the frigate S S Iceberg. His fame was great in the area of the seas around The North Pole . Putting fear into the crews of other icebergs there was a consistent war with Walruses, Orkas and seals .
Other bears under his command thought he was a great fellow a decent sort . Their only complaint being the boring diet he created for them of fish.
It has been known that for practice for warfare manoeuvres he and other bears under his command . Would go into Wierdo villages and towns ( All humans to other animals are known as weirdos) in Alaska and Norh Canada . Throwing garbage bins all over the place and making a general nuisance of themselves . The Wierdos are unaware how important this is to the warfare of these creature .
