Please be informed that the main work of the project to rehabilitate the Kande Reservoir Dam includes: 1) repairing the dam land and paving the red gravel on the back of the dam with a length of 7,400 meters and 2) constructing a spillway structure with a length of 100 meters. The Secretary of State stated that the rehabilitation of the Kande Reservoir Dam is to increase the amount of water stored for daily use and the irrigation work of about 274 families in three villages in Chhouk Commune, Krouch Chhmar District, Tbong Khmum Province.
At the same time, HE Secretary of State instructed the project implementation team of the Department of Engineering to continue to pay attention to the quality and aesthetics in accordance with the technical specifications and instructed the Department of Water Resources and Meteorology to manage this achievement safely and properly.
