Thanks for the video. New drone owner here. Swamped by the info, laws, regs and so on. You made some comments about the 30m separation rule. Could you expand on this in another video, please?
    Thanks.

Are you able to provide any information with regards to flying in National Parks. As the law states at the moment you are not permitted to fly (launching and controlling) your drone in a National, Conservation or State Park,
As I understand it NPWS do not have jurisdiction over "Airspace". This means if you launch your drone from private or public property and control it from there you can then legally fly your drone over a Park as once you are 1mm off the ground you are now legally in "Airspace".
Of course you must still keep your drone within line of sight at all times and 30m away from members of the public. (Obviously adhering to the standard drone laws).
This is ,as I understand it the legal interpretation and letter of the law. There is of course the basic premise of "not being a dick" as if you are disturbing the wildlife you are essentially contravening the basic elements of the law and are "Being a dick".
Are you able to confirm that this is the case.
    Cheers.

I dont think there is anywhere left after introducing all these laws and restrictions i mean you cant even fly a drone in a park so where can you fly it maybe take a trip to space and fly it there lol. These restrictions are just laughable and shows that they just want to restrict the hobby till it is dead like many others things that have been restricted in the past. With so many restrictions i guarantee everyone of these drone pilots is breaking the law daily but they just dont say anything.
