The Ricktatorship when the group is not settled in somewhere is the best. When you're relatively safe and living behind walls sure, make decisions as a group, talk things out. When your group is stuck in a dire situation and shit is happening quick it's better to have one man making the decisions rather than the whole group bickering amongst each other disagreeing on what to do.
5x11: The moment Rick hears the kids playing is incredible. Went from cautious to relaxed. Also went Carol said to Rick "even though you were wrong, you're still right". Which is accurate. Rick was very cautious and skeptical to trust Aaron. He had every right to be after everything he's gone thru. 5x12: The worst death in TWDU history.. RIP Ricks Beard.
I like how you broke down time I never thought of it like that in The walking Dead and how Rick react to it and it settle hints the difference between Rick and Diana and her people being safe. Rick Grimes being out in the real world were you fighting for survival
Great reaction as always guys! I love that they are playing Rick's tape with Deanna while he comes down the stairs in his sheriff uniform. Talking about people out there preying on your weakness and having an angle. Then he comes out and says we'll just take this place. Almond like he was warning Deanna about dangerous people out there and showing how dangerous his group can be! Love savage Rick and his beard!
Thing about Ricks Tribal leadership is that he Does hear out his people even though he's like a barbarian always in attack and defend mode. Best of Ep5: Ricks Right Hand, War Chief Rick Sending Abraham like his good soldier, Explaining the hesitation to enter, The Kiss that made parents tell their kids they couldn't watch TWD anymore even thought EVERYTHING else in the show (I find that funny), Sound of children laughing behind the walls and Carol Vindicating Rick with her words. Best of 6: "Brought Dinner," The interview, Beardless Rick reaction, Glen being a Badass, "then we'll just take this place"
Yo i have to post another comment because Carol Peletier is my absolute favorite character. Even when she says NOTHING all episode, you can see she is observing, calculating, and waiting for the moment to strike if need be. She is 100% the smartest character in the show and its entirely owed to her years of abuse. She got VERY GOOD at lying to others and keeping her head down yet being fully aware. She's almost a direct counter to Michonne who is equally as smart and even stronger than Carol to an extent. She thinks more with her heart than Carol does. Carol thinks with her head. Both of them are 1000000% valid in their mindsets and both mirror Rick's mental struggle. If Rick didn't have these people, he would easily be WORSE than The Governor, the Claimers, and the Termites combined. He has an entire group keeping his humanity in check.
I love the Natural Hierarchy that occured amongst the group based entirely on Trust and Instinct. Rick and Michonne hold the most influence. Carol is Rick's Conscious and his new Voice of Reason after Hershel, albeit, a chaotic one. Daryl and Abraham are Rick's right hand men who ge trusts to take his place in any situation. Glenn, Maggie, Sasha, Rosita, Tara and Carl make the next group of capable fighters and scouts. Of this group, Glenn, Maggie, and Rosita are sort of like Lieutenants to the Generals. Then Eugene, Judith, Gabriel, and Noah as the ones who need protecting. This is my favorite Group of the entire series.
Comic Comparisons : In the comics Alexandria’s Leader is a man named Douglas rather than a woman Personally I think it being a woman is a nice change of pace from all the male leaders (aside from Dawn at the hospital)
I like that Aaron’s introduction makes him seem like a pretty sweet, genuine and funny guy. But the tension is so thick and the group is so cautious that not even the audience can laugh at his quips or trust him
This is exactly how society would be after the fall of the world in my opinion, we’d be back to the rules of a barbarian society of a couple of thousand years ago. Defended settlements and the law of the strongest always wins. 😊
Andrew Lincoln says everything you need to know with just his eyes! Amazing 🙌🏼 Welcome Christian 😊 I can’t wait for you to watch season 9 Hunter its one of the best!
I love how if you notice after rick warmed up to michone he listens to her alot more than anyone else 😊

Debatable.
Cool fact: that Walker that Carl killed with the metal stick is Scott Ian rhythm guitarist from Thrash Metal band Anthrax🤘

"The wolves are coming, they're coming."
Lol, the wolves have absolutely nothing to do with this episode.
😂 Anthony and his wolves obsession, oh btw I saw Norman/Daryl at his hotel when I was in San Diego for comic con this weekend.
I know I’m like bro not everything is the wolves 🤣🤣🤣
"Id this is the perfect scenario, the wolves are gonna fuq it all up." Bro doesn't even know how close to right he is right there lmao
