I get my jeans from primark for £10 they're fine for me. They comfortable and they look nice. So I don't need to spend that much on jeans.

Agree. I get clearance american eagle jeans for $15-$20...still a good brand and I have had them for 10+ years
I'm from the UK so I get mine from a shop called sainsburys which is kind of like target I guess they're £10/$12 and last me a few years
TashaWilliams99 there are definitely some items where you don't need to invest $200 on. But I agree with Evilina. My experience I had a faux leather jacket that costed a lil more than $100 and in 4 years it was pealing off. Faux leather bags last me 2 years if I don't use them often otherwise it last 1. For things like that I think that saving n buying a good quality item is better because is going to last longer. Also not every cheap pair of jeans fit nicely n doesn't change after being used.. (jeans r a tricky thing to me cheap or expensive)

The color actually looks good with her skin tone kinda has a pixie vibe to it! It would look much better however if the haircut she had was different for example a haircut similar to Miley Cyrus

one of my biggest tips is to window shop online and decide what i want then go into the store with the intention of only getting those items i really liked. that way i dont wander the store or make impulsive decisions haha
Do a video about staying fit - I think it relates enough to fashion, because working out helps me feel more confident in my clothes. And you definitely look toned & healthy, so how do you stay fit? I have my own methods, but I love getting new ideas and perspectives from other people to help shake things up sometimes.
PS Love the hair! And I agree about buying staple pieces of high quality - the pieces that are still in my closet from years ago that I will still wear were purchases that at the time I thought were really expensive, but I've gotten way more use out of them (and compliments) than the cheap "trendy" items I may have gotten and given away over the years.

Very good advice, I totally agree. Once you have your staple pieces, then you keep an eye out for any unique pieces that come your way and know that you have something to pair it with.

Just what i needed!! I am a fashion student for like 3 weeks now and gosh, being a student in general is expensive but being a fashion student also! Need to buy so many fabrics, textiles, materials, i am so broke, but i think that i will thrift shop nice items for like less than 5 euro and diy them! Great tips evelina!! Oh and it is also soo true that if u only buy things in sale you end up not liking them bcos it s not really ur style, bcos you only bought it cos it was cheap hahah.

How about: shop sales, buy what you love or wait for something you love to go on sale, instead of: buying something JUST because it's on sale. Also, for the truly broke, it's called saving your money, that's how you get $200 to spend at Forever21, but I'd say buy 3 or 4 good pairs of jeans for that much money. $200 is too much for 1 pair of jeans unless, maybe, if the stitching is made of gold.

I graduated from a Paul Mitchell school and the teachers there were NOT good hairstylists. One of my teachers wanted to make me platinum and gave me a SEVERE scalp burn and I lost a large chunk of my hair due to scalp blisters. Another teacher colored my hair black instead of light brown. Yes, some of us were good hairstylists in school, but it's a HUGE gamble to get your hair done at a school. ANY school. Only consider if you are not a picky person. :)

Very true. Those beauty schools are great. I worked in one once and i'd always get my hair colored and trimmed during my lunch break and they always did a great job. Sometimes they'd do my nails during their exams and they'd turned out great and my mani would last a very long time. There's a lot of supervision from the teachers and you get everything at an awesome price.

I went to hairdressing school and a lot of the time our clients would get a free service especially if it were last minute, or if we struggled to find clients. A lot of the time we were always searching for clients to practice/work on so yeah its always good to keep an eye out for schools.
