A lot of Woodbridge is not safe area, and it's only 30 minutes to DC without traffic . Good luck on getting to DC in 30 minutes or less around here anywhere.

Another factor you need to consider, especially for seniors, is hospitals and healthcare.
they "fix" the roads, and then the traffic will follow. I know, I lived in Manassas and moved to Arlington.
