You can still insert attributes into the 3rd weapon at Smith 3. Smith 5 allows you to upgrade 1st, 2nd, or 3rd weapons' Power and Weight. Smith 5 also allows you to give the 3rd Weapon the Evolution Attack (like the 4th Weapon has).

dang, that's how you can get the best attributes for your weapons! I used to spend hours play the same character over and over again and hope it'll give me the best ones! Although it seems the rewards are better in chaos mode.

sometimes in this game i would let my officers do the fighting. i would only get in the fight if my officers are getting there ass kicked
