Tech has an interview where he talks about this song. He said nobody tells him how to write or sound, but Ronnie did. And tech listened and was mind blown. Ronnie told him he liked his original but told him to tweak it.
The lava demon-devil-whatever voice is Alex Terrible from the band Slaughter to Prevail. He gets overlooked a lot because he doesn't actually appear as himself in the video.
Tech is the Angel of Purgatory, which is where they are. Ronnie's werewolf attack on the helicopter caused it to crash, killing everyone including him. The angel explains that the world is fucked up but he has to do shit about it. He gifts him his super suit and sends him to hell to fight an arch-demon guarding the path back onto the material plane. He wins the fight off camera and ends up becoming a super hero, which is where we find him at the beginning of "Watch the World Burn."
@@GoatWorthy_ Yeah, several of the videos are connected in a sort of a story. Its the videos I'm talking about here...the visuals...not necessarily the songs themselves, although they generally lend themselves well to the theme. First is "Prequel" (alternate universe Jesus dies on the cross but chooses Purgatory instead of the afterlife because he wants to find his way back to the material world.) Then there is "Voices in My Head" (he succeeds in finding his way back but he's resurrected as a human in our world. He has no memory of his previous life but weird thoughts and images torment him. He tries to confront these voices in his head by symbolically killing them off. He fails and realizes that the voices are just a part of him.) Next is "Popular Monster" (his mental health issues cause him to run afoul of the law, and he appears at a court date. He wakes up from blacking out and realizes that everyone in the courtroom is dead. He knows he is responsible but not how or why. He tries to go to a therapist but the guy gets scared and calls the cops. The police run him down and in a moment of extreme stress he transforms into a monster that kills the cops. This is what is happening whenever he blacks out. He runs off.) After that there is "Ronald" (the cops have caught him and he is restrained inside a SWAT van but breaks free, kills the cops, and is chased across town. A weird coven of...wizards? Warlocks? WTF, I don't know...captures him and performs a ritual to steal his powers but it backfires and restores some of his powers instead. At one point he is cornered by an armed helicopter and transforms into the monster again. He kills everyone on the aircraft but it crashes, killing him too. He meets the Angel of Purgatory who gives him his suit and sends him to Hell on a mission.) Next is "Watch the World Burn" (he has returned to the physical world after his fight in Hell and is now a super hero saving the world with his powers. Global elites fear him and try to make it look like he's a bad guy that everyone should fear. The paparazzi chase him around looking for dirt, and the media portrays him as an evil dictator in the making. He confronts a negative image of himself in his own mind, argues with it, and ultimately it kicks him out of his thoughts. He goes to a church that hates him and tries to talk to them but they won't listen and try to exorcise him. Realizing that this is how he ended up crucified last time, he decides to become the bad guy they all say he is. He kills everyone in the church and then sets the world on fire.) Finally there is the Papa Roach cover, "Last Resort" (he wanders the streets of a ruined city that was destroyed in the previous video and reflects on his own actions and what to do next. He eventually uses his powers to restore and heal the world that he destroyed.) Hope that helps.
12:56 i think the sex change line is talking about the Pulse Night Club shooting in Orlando. All of his bars seem to be about mass shooters/killers and examples of evil that are around us today.
Sex change can get you caught up in death's reign, she pled sane, but really imitating Ed Gein. I believe that was referencing Audry Hale, a 28 yr old trans woman that shot up a Christian school in Tennessee...it fits with the rest of the references. Ed Gein was the Butcher of Plainfield. A serial killer.
@@GoatWorthy_ this was my introduction to them and I fell deep into their rabbit hole. Ronnie reminds me of Ren with how versatile he is with bending genres. I'm seeing them in December in the UK and tech will be there too. Thank you for your reaction and much love
Ronnie is a musical genius and very down to earth. He truly cares about his fans, and we (the fans) care for and advocate for him constantly. He gets alot of hate that's not deserved, but he's not afraid to stand up for himself. I would bet that almost all of the popular reactors has FIR on their channel, and that's because of his fans. I hope u are prepared to be amazed. 😂😂😂 BTW, John Muhammad was the DC sniper
I think someone invented the lyrics of the last part. Because Alex Terrible (the Balrog) talked about how he and Ronnie both had lost the lyrics when the wanted to record months after Ronnie sent them to Alex. So they improvised and just did what sounded good.
If you want to see validation, listen to no fear by FIR, and you’ll hear at the end the validation you’re looking for. Ronnie is a musical genius and has mad respect from the real rappers.
Falling in Reverse?! Yeyy Finally! let's go 😍❤️🔥🤘 Oh man, I love your videos, plz don't take it so long to give us a FIR reaction .. Kisses from Brazil 🇧🇷😊
As someone that interprets the gospel as "Lucifer is clearly on God's side, and is just doing the betrayal (whether he knows the plan or not) according to God's plan, (nothing is closer to God's plan than questioning Him, per His design), I love the "Ronald being sent to Hell to learn both sides" interpretation. Plus, who doesn't love a comeback story? :)
Now you should check out "All My Life" from FIR and featuring Jelly Roll! The songs are back to back on the album and couldn't be more opposite of each other in style then they are! 🔥🔥🔥💙💙💙💥💥💥
The portion where tech says sex change can get you caught up in deaths range is more than likely because post op most people dont tend to live very long i believe their life expectancy is like less than 15 years. there are so many health complications and risks of cancers developing that they dont tend to live very long happy lives.
That’s a great idea. ❤❤❤❤ Ronnie is the Exorcist of Music You should do Prequel next as it’s the first song on the Popular Monster album. Watch them in order 3 have no video . The album is his Movie/Story. It’s an amazing ride.
12:47 Ed Gain was a serial killer that is who silence of the lambs is based off of and the John Mohammed was the DC sniper that was mad because his wife kept him away from his kids.
I have enjoyed and critisized Ronnie past few years, but when i saw this one... yeah.... hes on another level. He just keeps leveling up. I do hope he can re-find god again though. I think it would make him even stronger than he already is.
Ed Gein didn’t get off. He was found guilty of murder and found to be legally insane and sentenced to a mental health facility where he ended up serving the rest of his life.
I thought I corrected myself in the reaction? I thought I mentioned him getting off but then I said actually he claimed insanity to avoid prison. Either way I’m sure if I didn’t make that clear. But I am familiar with that story. Sorry sometimes I say stuff in my head. lol sometimes I forget I’m doing a reaction n I need to be more clear. I’m still new at this. Bare with me lol thank you for the clarification tho!
Loved this reaction. So how did it all start? Time for Prequel 😊 ( in my opinion starts in a different world from ours, poor thing just gets sent here later) 😅
You had some very good insights into the meaning of the video. Now when you watch Prequel, you should remember the line after the robot took him into the building and before the helicopter started shooting at him. Remember that Prequel is taking place before WTWB and Ronald. Great reaction!
Here for any and all Falling in Reverse! Loved your reaction to this one! Have you done any 'fun' ones yet? Such as Just Like You, All my Life, or F*ck You and All Your Friends
So Black Pegasus had Krizz Kaliko on to show him Watch the World Burn and rumor has it that reaction was what got the ball rolling to have this collab to happen. May be wrong repeating what others have claimed.
You are correct. Ronnie did a shout-out to reactors and confirmed that Black Pegasus did get the ball rolling on the collaboration. Black Pegasus has a reaction video to that also. So cool!
Shout out to Alex Terrible from Slaughter to prevail, he was the balrog at the end 😊 If you decide to do reactions to Slaughter to prevail, the Viking song is a good choice😊 Appreciate you ❤
That Was another Great Reaction!! I like Your Interpretation With Your Faith Being at The Core .Ronnie and Fir are imho at the Highest level of Musicianship. Tech 9 Awesome!!! Can You Recommend T9 For Me? Thank You Glad To See Your Arm is Better!!!
Tech has an interview where he talks about this song. He said nobody tells him how to write or sound, but Ronnie did. And tech listened and was mind blown. Ronnie told him he liked his original but told him to tweak it.
Tech was originally going to come in slow and build up but Ronnie convinced him to drop in hard from the start.
@@Fafnir369 That was a solid choice
The lava demon-devil-whatever voice is Alex Terrible from the band Slaughter to Prevail. He gets overlooked a lot because he doesn't actually appear as himself in the video.
yeah and I see his mask falls there😂

2:03 - this album is actually something like that, the music videos are interconnected but are not in the sequence they were released in originally
5:08 - I’ve seen the 36 chambers reference go over a lot of hip hop head heads to be fair 😂
@@PugLifeProductions that's true
Actually he's the only one i've heard mention it so far

Definitely the live version! ❤️👏🎶

Haters been trolling Ronnie by calling him Ronald, so he named song for them
It’s such a fun journey! 🎢 Ronnie and his incredible band have so many other vibes to show! 🎶🔥 Thanks for the reaction! 🙌

In his old solo track "Stupid Boy" Ronnie referenced Bone Thugs and Harmony.
Great idea on the album / movie running in sequence like the old rock albums that each song added to the theme of the album.
