Thank you so much for building this gorgeous house. As much as I love the sims 4 the sims 3 will always be superior with its depth and gameplay. There’s not enough sims 3 builders, so finding this beautiful house was a goldmine. The purple room is my favourite 🤩

I feel as if I am only good at making 1-2 bedroom homes. Anything larger looks ridiculous and repetitive. Mainly the interior 😞
I completely get what you mean and I am like the complete opposite 😭 I feel like when I try and make a small house with less bedrooms I just don’t like it and I end up making ones with like 7+ bedrooms that’s ridiculously big so I’m glad there’s people who can build the smaller homes if I ever needed to download and use one 😂

I thought I built decent houses in Sims but then when I look up other people houses I start re-thinking

beautiful house! i've been looking for those curved stairs in the store, where did you find them?
The curved corner stairs? They are from the sims resource! I’m not sure the exact name however they are a decor item and not a staircase in case you are searching 😊
Do you play on Steam?? Recently EA App has been messing up for a lot of Sims players. I really want to switch over to Steam because I cannot with EA anymore!
I play on EA app but surprisingly haven't had any major issues, however I have got The Sims 3 already on steam which I can use if I have to!
What mods do you use??
What kind of mods do you mean? I have a lot of nraas mods or various things, I use omsp sometimes for building and a large amount of cc!

Do you mean the corner staircase outside? That’s actually custom content from the sims resource! I don’t remember the exact name however it isn’t too hard to find, it’s in decorations!

Thats okay! All you need to do is click the link in the description beside where it says download, that will take you to mediafire where you will click on the big blue button that is in the grey box (it could also be a white button that may say 'this download is starting' or something along those lines and that means its downloaded by itself!). Once you have done that drag the downloaded file to your downloads folder which is found in the documents -> electronic arts -> the sims 3 -> downloads folders, then install it through the launcher. You can load up your game and once you load a save and go to edit town, the house be found in the houses tab which is between the households and community lots tab. I hope this helps if not please let me know!!

Yes just as long as the lot is the right size! This lot is 30 x 30 I believe as that’s what I use for most of my houses
Can any computer run sims 2 and 3 ? Please answer .
No not any computer can however you could Google minimum requirements to play sims 3 and sims 2 and see what is recommended
What cheat did you use to make the island in the kitchen😮
I used “DisableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt on” its a game changer! To turn it off you just change the on to an off and to use it with the counter just hold alt and place them like normal 😊

For the exterior the rounded stairs are actually a custom content decor item! I’ll get the link now give me a second

I only found out about it about a year ago, but a good tip for finding cheats is after you type in testingcheatsenabled true and press enter, type ‘help’ into the cheat bar and a bunch more show up which is how I found out about it 😊
