My walleye opener tradition is staying at my hunting shack on the rat root river mouth of black bay on rainy lake and be out on the water by 5am and just fish and cruise all day

I fished braid hard the last 5 years and was just like you guys trashing on mono… would go fishing with buddies and get out fished 5 to 1 when they were using mono. Mono catches more fish straight up. I still use braid for casting applications, vertical jigging or short pitching mono all day every day.
