It's a 5-way switch for standard "Strat" switching with master Vol & Tone. The blend pot fades in the bridge or neck pickup depending on the switch setting. In the bridge position, the neck pickup can be blended in and vice-versa. In positions 2 and 4, the blend pot lets you get all three pickup on at once.

You gotta give us a little more on the wiring scheme. So there is a blend circuit blending bridge and neck? then what are you blade switching?
