i realised he couldnt be buffed later on, so no hes not being buffed by Rockstar Radical nor the ignition ( i think)
I got bored hearing the same sandbox music so i just placed the theme of the bosses instead

Yes hes buffed cuz i tested hoarder battler by speed and battler and hoarder are both fast to move cuz of that omni immune units are capable of faster attacks and speed so this includes tarnished trowel as well
