We actually did have a checklist… lol. Such a good point about having a pediatrician lined up. Typically, it’s recommended to follow up with a pediatrician within two weeks of discharge. I legit scheduled an appointment when both of our were born the afternoon of their actual birth. Great points as always, man!

Besides it gives a peace of mind when you go to the follow up to get the reassurance that you are doing fine as a ‘parent’ from the doctor 😂
@@DaddyDirective, it also helped that my wife was induced both times, so the whole thing was scheduled. Lol. So we just had to go down our checklist, and we were good to go!
