Unlikely that you'd see this but thank you for that bit at 4min 15sec - that tension knob was overtightened and it was literally painful to pull the chain up and down - thought the chain and white plastic around the chain might break. Untightening it fixed it right up and its rolls up and down like a dream! Thanks so much.
Hi everyone. Great video! Although for the life of me I cannot find the spacer for the autopole under the bottom of the hook!!!! Please help me source that part.
Hi there is there a link you can suggest as to where we can find those spacers? do they have a specific name that I can search for them in my area, which is switzerland.
The outside diameter of the aluminum tube is 1 7/8, hence the tape to snug it up to a 2 inch inside diameter of the paper roll. The problem here in the U.S. is the metal poles only come 8 feet in length.
I’ve been hunting for the right size tubes here in the states - anyone have any luck? I’ve been finding that 1 1/2 pipe has a 1.9 inch exterior diameter but is usually schedule 40 which is 1.6 interior diameter making it too small to fit the “expander” I did find a 1 1/2 (1.9inch) schedule 10 (1.68 interior) but it only comes in 20Ft lengths and costs almost $200 per 20ft pipe 😫

Hello mate, any chance of sharing the Outside Diameter of the tube, for those of us who want to get it of Ebay
do you have it?
what is the screw size and trreading to attach the super clamp to the background background holder?
What is the weight of the aluminum tube? and with the added weight of the seamless paper roll does it strain the auto rolling expand system?
Hi How is the cardboard attached to the fabric?
What if I dont have the cardboard part?

How does using the tension side keep the paper from unraveling? How should it be positioned?

NO ONE EVER LEAVES THE LINKS FOR THE TYPE AND SIZE OF THE DAMN ALUMINUM TUBES!!! WTH???
The tube we use is Aluminium 50mm x 3250mm Tube. it doesn't have to be that long and could be a little thicker but it works for us.
what size screws are you using to screw the claps to the hooks?
#10 fine thread
If I may ask, what circumference is the aluminum tube?
