Unlikely that you'd see this but thank you for that bit at 4min 15sec - that tension knob was overtightened and it was literally painful to pull the chain up and down - thought the chain and white plastic around the chain might break. Untightening it fixed it right up and its rolls up and down like a dream! Thanks so much.

What is the weight of the aluminum tube? and with the added weight of the seamless paper roll does it strain the auto rolling expand system?

How does using the tension side keep the paper from unraveling? How should it be positioned?

The tube we use is Aluminium 50mm x 3250mm Tube. it doesn't have to be that long and could be a little thicker but it works for us.

The outside diameter of the aluminum tube is 1 7/8, hence the tape to snug it up to a 2 inch inside diameter of the paper roll. The problem here in the U.S. is the metal poles only come 8 feet in length.

I’ve been hunting for the right size tubes here in the states - anyone have any luck? I’ve been finding that 1 1/2 pipe has a 1.9 inch exterior diameter but is usually schedule 40 which is 1.6 interior diameter making it too small to fit the “expander”
      I did find a 1 1/2 (1.9inch) schedule 10 (1.68 interior) but it only comes in 20Ft lengths and costs almost $200 per 20ft pipe 😫
