The playroom would be much better if it was open with just a roof and a woodburner. And £125 a night technically is pretty reasonable although of course you need eight people each paying the same. I've paid £92 a night for a premier Inn before!

Good price considering where you are and the uniqueness of it, you can pay £100 a night in a b&b on a main road .

That’s an amazing place mate. I’d love that. When my marriage went tits up, Ireland like the rest of the world was still balls deep into the recession. Properties where going for a fraction of the cost and I was looking at buying a log cabin in co Cavan in Ireland, 4 bedroom log cabin with all modern conveniences (but with one small inconvenience, it was about a 20 minute drive to the nearest shopping center) it was only €60K, I’m kicking myself that I didn’t nab it up. Something like that seems like a wonderful investment now.
