@@brook-y1s only recently. stereotypically white people are far more into opioids in general than black people, especially heroin, and yes including Codeine. However, I've met a lot of black people that love to do cocaine, and I always loved doing cocaine with them too. Heroin was the only thing that ever dug it's claws into me tho, well that and unnecessarily strong prescription opioids like fentanyl and opana. I feel like this stereotype of black people loving Codeine only really hit within the last 10-12 years.

I know someone has probably said this already but I think this song can serve to show as a reminder how so many people are truly struggling. How even people like juice can fall so deep to a point where it feels hopeless. We need to make sure in this community that we reach out ( like layedback said) and make sure each other get the help we need.

No one has even talked about the fact that in this song, Juice talked about popping percs which killed him, but toward the end of the video they show a mural of him like as if he died, with their being photos of juice, flowers, and candles, which is almost like he predicted his death

All his music was a cry for help. In a documentary he was on he was talking how he had ad/adhd and how those drugs just took away his feelings. His music has helped me more than anything being one of those kids, when I feel in a dark place I listen to it and know I can beat it, I only wish he could have.

Much of his music actually predicts his passing. He knew he was having problems and getting to into all the drugs. Much of his lyrics are about him fearing for his life, especially from percs. Little did he know how right he was. It’s sadly one of the situations where he inadvertently set his death and he kinda knew it would happen. Much like Lil Peep. RIP and much love, be there and support one another and never be afraid to speak up if you feel like it’s needed.

It’s a sad thing getting deep into the lyrics, saying he equally separated between his white and black friends one minute drifting from doing cocaine and then doing codeine with his white friends.
