So In Woo here had memory lost because of the accident I know a little of korean, and In Woo discharged from the hospital and goes to work and he met Dong sik and suddenly fell in love and after that he realized dong sik wasnt real and all of it was his memories and imaginations, then he finally remembered it all, that he killed Dong Sik.

But then he thinks hes a psychopath and now he acts like it. so yeah thats all I can say to you.
