I'm an idiot. I followed these instructions to replace my camshaft sensor. It left me pretty confused until I came back here to see your comment (thanks). I hope I don't need a new seal for that part I removed.
@@victorsanchez2669 Hi. Thanks. I found it. It was easy to see once I removed the engine cover. It was also a lot easier to remove than the wrong thing as shown on this video. It's been a while since I maintained my own car. We didn't have all these sensors back then. I reckon I have multiple things to sort on this car. It's not starting just now. I suspect water in the fuel, so I've ordered Wynns dry fuel.
@@victorsanchez2669 Hi. Is there a way to see a pic for the sensor? I need to change this one: Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) on A4 B8.5 2013... Thnaks
This guy took his car to pepboys for oil change and while they're doing his paperwork, he ran in the shop took a useless video with background noises for effect then ran out. While he was running out someone said "SIR, customers aren't allowed in the shop for liability issues" "BTW, SIR, I overheard you giving wrong information, you obviously have no idea what you're talking about" "You just lost the 10% discount because of your stupidity".
WTF... that's not a CAM position sensor, if you don't know, don't screw up people
That's not the camshat position sensor
That is call camshaft adjuster magnet
