What a smart lady she is! I like the way she handled this interview and her responses were so amazing. By the way, I was born and brought up in Jaffna. I went to Sir Raja's musical shows in Sydney twice and I have taken a photo with him, further I am eargely waiting for his show again in Sydney. There is no comparable musical composer to Sir Raja in the world. I am thinking of making a movie and I hope I will see her at some point in the future in Tamil Nadu. AR Rahman has copyrights for each of his songs. Even a minute of his music used for commercials have to be paid, all other musicians are clear - Raja Sir having issues because he has more than 8000 songs that needs copyright.

Till 1988, no one can enter Tamil film industry without support of Ilayaraja. Ilayaraja a very talented but tight lock Monopoly in film industry. He won't respect anyone, and all had to bend before him. That was not acceptable for some people. A new Team in Tamil film industry comprising SPB, Vairamuthu, Manirathnam, AR Rahman, Kunjumon...etc formed. After that from 1988 - 95 lots of Hit movies given by new Team without Ilayaraja. Now anyone can enter Tamil film industry. No need of anyone's approval. Tamil Audiences Changed after 1995. Before 1988, 90 % of Tamil Males only wear Lungi even during Travel. After 1995, 90 % of Tamil Males only wear Pant shirts and never Lungi. Tamil film industry Changed Dressing patterns of Tamil society

U didn’t understand what had happened. Concert organisers tried to use friendship ,to use IR songs,to make money in crores. IR sent notice to organisers only not to SPB sir. If money is important to IR ,he would have not agreed to use his songs freely for Laxman Sruthi group. SPB himself knew mistake was with organsiers,orelse never turned towards IR. Later they performed a stage shows.If IR didn’t sent notice,then everyone will do it as take it granted. IR contributed all royalties money to musicians welfare associations,who lost their lives due to technological advances. Every coin as two sides. See both and conclude.
