I can tell you have no formal training, definitely need to work on more control and power as well as speed amd precision The footwork is whats severly lacking as well as the forceless knees. You need to switch from leg to leg to generate more power. Turn your hips, you arent doing any of the basics or fundamentals. Im giving you honest advice from a 6'7 270 lb heavyweight muay thai fighter who trained in thailand for 2 years.
