Ikr, Dust has successfully managed to use a word many would consider "mild language" and make it way more shocking, meaningful, and emotionally impacting than games such as Call of Duty and Most modern day action movies could ever hope to be as they slew out F-Bombs a mile a minute
Yeah. I did notice the word and typically I dislike it when games I play use words like that (though it at least is no longer a turn off for me, as long as its not overused.), but this I actually feel was in the right place, and impacted.

The first time I played this game and this scene happened I started crying. And I didn't expect dust to say something that counts as mild language. o-O
+anmiegirlgamer756 This is one of the few scenes in any game where I had to pause the game because I was crying.
even this many years coming back to it, this scene is beautiful.. this is what I think it looks like to respect life, in all its facets, there's no over glorifying of one's life, there's nothing silly like that here, it's just pure and raw, people dealing with loss and moving on with their lives, not letting this tragedy ruin them from inside.
Seriously, I love this scene.. It's by far the best part in this entire game.
I really related with Dust when he yelled "Damn, we weren't fast enough!" so many feels were had.
There was so much tension in this scene. What hits hardest is where Fidget says she can't take it. The tone of her voice shows that brilliantly.
I think Fidget's voice actress really broke down while doing that scene. The way her voice sound so broken... That can't be just acting. She was feeling it for real.
@@LordPata There are some outtakes from recording session, I think it may be on Deven Mack's YT channel. They were really grinding every scene and every phrase until they got it, if those outtakes are anything to go by. That was a lot of work.
We did everything we were suppose to. This and the final scene literally broke my heart.

Ok real talk, the voice acting in this game is one of the best I’ve ever heard in a video game. Every single actor should be seriously proud of the work they put in
Voice acting is perfect in this game. When Sen-Mithrarin screams, I really could tell how angry he was...
Loosing a loved one is a horrible feeling.
I'm pretty sure that even the voice actors broke when doing that scene. The way Fidget's voice sounded so broken, It wasn't just acting. It was real feeling.
This scene truly broke my heart.. The way dust sounded so... sincere.. It really got to me.. :(

So yeah, he died and he never came back again!
This is probably one of the saddest scenes in the game, Dust blames himself for the death of Bopo's dad, and he is frustrated because nobody will give him a straight answer about who he is, not even Ahrah. And everyone constantly asks him, "Who are you?!" But Dust can't answer without a simple ".. I don't know." Because it's true, he didn't. And Fidget reminds him, he's Dust. She doesn't care who he was, she only cares about who he is now.

I really wish this was an animated cut scene. But it was touching either way.
I never played this game before, but this scene was the most saddest moments I ever witnessed... 😥💔
This mad me cry. I think it is also re-enforce by the gameplay. It dose not matter how fast you beat the boss, you still don't make it in time.

This scene made me cry even after it was long time since I played it i would cry.
Picked this up again and this scene hurt just as much as it did the first time ..
And in a simple but very heartbreaking game it pretty much gives you the lesson of you can't always save people in life or games even if you try to load a save file its just... its fate
Also goddamn thanks for such intense voice acting I wished this was an anime or a cartoon or something to watch and remember cause we can't always access to playing games

i had played so many games that let you save everyone that when i got this scene i thought i messed up somewhere and re-ran the mission over and over until i was sure there was no way i could complete it faster. even on a flawless run i wasnt fast enough....

This scene actually pisses me off. Ahrah has done literally nothing but play head games with Dust and treat all his actions like tests, this time getting an innocent person killed in the process. And when Dust justifiably gets angry over this, Ahrah and Fidget brush his complaints off like they don't matter.
Is there a bad ending to this game where Fidget dies and Ahrah gets destroyed? And if there is, how do I get it?
Those are pants.
