Anxiety Held Me Back, I'm Happy To Say I Beat It

A quick video talking about the struggles I've had with anxiety in my life and that taking the steps to overcome it have literally changed my life.
Tried to do this video in one take as part of the #takeonevlog challenge, but didn't quite make one take only! Oh well, next time!

That wasn’t a miserable fail! You did a fantastic job and I’m really impressed - I’m not noticing much anxiety in you doing this even tho (at least for me it was so terrifying).
