Groom Prep: The day began capturing Charles and his family during the groom prep at his parents’ house in picturesque St Albans.
Bride Prep: Meanwhile, I documented Faye and her bridesmaids as they added the final touches to their makeup at her flat, capturing the excitement and anticipation.
Ceremony at St Albans Cathedral: The historic St Albans Cathedral set the stage for their heartfelt ceremony. Though positioned at the back, my long zoom lens ensured every important moment was beautifully captured.
Reception at The Club at Mill Green: Moving to The Club at Mill Green Golf Course in Hatfield, guests enjoyed drinks and canapés on the patio, soaking in the beautiful weather. We seized the moment for group photos and charming portraits, including some fun shots of Faye, Charles, and their bridesmaids enjoying a golf buggy ride.
Wedding Breakfast: A delicious BBQ delighted everyone before the speeches began, where Charles brought laughter with medals and witty jokes for the bridal party. His siblings also surprised him with heartfelt speeches and awards, adding to the joyous atmosphere.
Golden Hour Portraits: As the sun began to set, we captured breathtaking portraits on the golf course, bathed in the golden hues of the magical golden hour. These photos beautifully encapsulated the love and happiness of Charles and Faye.
Evening Celebrations: The dancefloor was alive with energy and laughter, showcasing everyone’s joy in celebrating the newlyweds’ union.
