I have a young group of toddlers and two's, currently. I've had some parents request I do not transport their child, because they are generally extra cautious, even requesting the child's own grandparents do not transport.
I bought the crates during the end of the Back to School sales at Walmart. (We are in a small town and only have Walmart and Dollar General, besides the grocery stores and antique stores in town.) In the week or two after school started, Walmart put these crates on sale for $3-$5 each. I had gotten some one year, then more the next, most were $3 each. Then, I ziptied them together, using about 9 zipties between shared cubbies. I found the white tubs in the kitchen section of Walmart. They were under $2 each. Lots of places carry the crates around Back to School time, but I figure you could probably find them on Amazon. I've had these about 5 yrs with no problems, and they've been perfect. Beats spending hundreds on a wooden cubby system.
I love your set up!
Thank you! 😀
Awesome setup! Question, do you take the children on field trips to get out of the house?

I love the homemade cubbie system. Where did you get the crates to make it?
