Lok Adalat deals with criminal cases (compoundable offences). But, the Lok Adalat shall have no jurisdiction in respect of any case or matter relating to an offence not compoundable under any law.
Kya koi bata sakta hai UPSC mein Agar kisi service mein pwbd k liye 0 vacancy likhi ho to kya wo still preference mein uss post ko top pr rakh sakta h? Aur general category jitne marks laane pr kya wo preferred service general category se usko mil sakti hai?
High court can also issue writs for FR and other legal rights. Supreme Court on the other hand issue writs for FR only. Thank u for this amazing lectures 😊
