i had a screen of 288 x 64 and it worked fine on a c36c after adding more modules and making it 352 X 64 THE LAST MODULES APPEAR AS AN INDEPENDENT SCREEN , HOW CAN I FIX THAT?

So probably a long shot, but anyone on here know anything about the technical aspect of connecting the software to the displays? Have a double sided sign and the second one is slaved to the first. Everything has worked fine for 2 years. The computer it was setup on died and got a new one. Installed HP player and reconnected to the sign. Now only one of the displays shows when sending info. Both screens are working, but the computer doesn't see the slaved display so it's still displaying the info from before the computer loss. Only the primary is being updated. I know long shot, but anyone have any ideas. Thanks!!!
