It appears that the staff at Airtel prefer to sell the routers to resellers rather than the users for some reason. Your best bet is to buy from an agent/reseller.
How to deliver this to india.
Boss, this airtel 5g router has a Type 3 NAT type which is very bad when it comes to online gaming, do you know a way it could be changed to Type 2 or even Open NAT? I have tried port forwarding and even DMZ on the admin portal but none worked.
Do you mean that the port forwarding and DMZ settings failed or that you successfully enabled them but didn't see any improvements in gaming?
As for changing the NAT type on these sorts of routers I'm not sure it's entirely possible, unless you happen to find a custom firmware. However, I think you could start by disabling the Firewall feature from the router's menu as that adds yet another layer of connection strictness which you don't want in your case.
You could also try your port forwarding and DMZ settings again after enabling UPnP.
I hope that helps you. I personally haven't had any significant issues with gaming while connected to this router anyway.

The internal antennas are very sensitive, a little change in the direction or position of the router can bring about a significant boost in the network. You should try it in different locations and facing different directions while watching the signal strength on the dashboard until you find the best spot.
