This is sheer stupidity. You give your number for signup and communication purposes. Giving a random number will make your life miserable on sites like e-commerce.
It is as simple as - Agar aapke paas mobile hoga nahi to call ayega nahi.
Stop making such dumb videos please.

Stop generalizing and understand the reason behind something. There are many websites where we just need to share our number just to access the content though we might not buy or maybe even buy when travelling and might not need the access later, this is when these temporary numbers are useful.
Many people even keep a secondary number for this purpose buy maintaining the same also costs money and hence shared this idea. It's easy to say this is a Dumb video, but rather place yourself in other person's place and think how useful it might be.
Also, if its Dumb, just ignore and probably share something better on your channel. These days anyone can easily make a video, you shall understand, how hard it would be to convince every single person, obviously, for anything done, there's some negativity around but I do make sure to respond to all.
